3rd party vst plugins tend not to automatically install into Vegas Pro so a vst search is often needed. have you done a VST folder search in Options/Preferences/VST Effects (tab) using one of the Alternate search fields? Nectar Elements should be under one of the VSTPlugins or Steinberg folders in either or both of the C drive Program Files or Program Files (x86) folders (64 bits and 32 bits respectively).
